Meet the Team

Dylan Robinson
Founder & Director
Dylan Robinson is the founder and director of NE Boxing. Alongside Hal, Dylan built the platform from the ground up, starting with boxer spotlights that covered almost 90% of the region’s fighters. Through relentless consistency and hard work, he helped establish NE Boxing as a trusted brand with a strong reputation and a clean, professional image.
As the platform grew, Dylan brought new members into the team and continued to drive the business forward, achieving exceptional growth, securing sponsorships, brand deals, and forming key partnerships within NE Boxing. His passion for the brand is unmatched, and he continues to help build it day in, day out.
Dylan is also an interviewer and low-level videographer, specialising in building fights and creating hype around fight nights. In addition, he is the host of the NE Bullshit Club Podcast, a partnered podcast with NE Boxing that further supports and showcases boxing across the region.
With ambitions of one day working for a major platform such as DAZN, Dylan remains fully committed to keeping NE Boxing a solid foundation and home for North East boxing content.

Hal Stevenson
Co-Founder & Boxer
Hal Stevenson is one of the original founding members of North East Boxing, building the brand from the ground up alongside Dylan. From day one, Hal put in relentless work to shape NE Boxing into what it is today. For a long time, it was just the two of them driving the vision forward, laying the foundations before the wider team came on board.
Now, Hal is taking more of a backseat within the brand to focus fully on what he does best, boxing in the ring. Even so, he remains a hugely valued and respected part of the NE Boxing family and always will be.
We are proud to support Hal in every possible way as he progresses through his amateur career and beyond into the professional ranks. Quite simply, without Hal, none of this would have been possible. Thank you, mate, we’re excited to see just how far you can go in boxing.

Jack O’Shea AKA The Parmo Prince
Here we have one of our very own OG’s Jack O’Shea, better known as The Parmo Prince.
Jack was only the third member of NE Boxing and has been with us right from the very beginning. In fact, Jack was our very first interview. Looking back now at how far we’ve come, it’s crazy to think where it all started.
Without Jack, NE Boxing simply wouldn’t be the platform it is today. From our first show to where we are now, he’s been a massive part of the journey and has helped us grow from a small idea into the team and platform we have today.
Jack brings so much to the group. His passion, charisma, positivity, and commitment never go unnoticed. He’s someone who always backs the team, always gets involved, and always keeps spirits high. His knowledge of boxing, particularly on the unlicensed side of the sport, is second to none and has been invaluable throughout our growth.
Away from NE Boxing, Jack hopes to continue building his own profile through The Parmo Prince brand and would love to one day step onto a Misfits or Gorilla Fight Series card. We fully believe he has what it takes, and as a team we’ll do everything we can to help him achieve those goals.
Jack, we’re incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved together in such a short amount of time. Through the ups and downs, we’ve always found a way to keep the boat sailing and come out stronger on the other side. Thank you for everything you’ve done for NE Boxing so far. Your loyalty, support, and belief in the vision have played a huge part in getting us to where we are today.

Lee Peel
Here we have Lee Peel videographer for NE Boxing.
Lee recently joined the team alongside Beau Pape from Kenton ABC and has already become a fantastic addition to the group. A respected coach and boxing man, Lee is well known throughout the region for the work he does with Kenton ABC and TKO Boxing. His passion for the sport, knowledge, and willingness to help others make him a huge asset to everything we’re building.
Lee massively believes in what we’re trying to achieve at NE Boxing and is always happy to jump in and help wherever he can. He’s also one of the biggest characters in the team, usually because he’s got a hidden camera pointed at someone and catches everybody off guard 🤣
Away from coaching, Lee has already secured content work with professional promotions across the region and is off to a flying start. He’s also set to play a leading role in an exciting new NE Boxing project alongside Taylor in the coming weeks and months, which we’re all looking forward to sharing with you soon.
Most importantly, Lee is just enjoying the journey, embracing the opportunities, and seeing where the experience takes him. We’re delighted to have him on board and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Matt Thomas
Here we have Matt Thomas, NE Boxing’s official journalist.
We first met Matt at the Everlast gym for a open workout in April, where we spoke about the possibility of him contributing to the magazine. Fast forward a few months, and since joining the team, Matt has become a massive part of what we do.
From attending shows across the region to covering events for the magazine, Matt brings a different perspective to NE Boxing. His journalism allows us to reach an audience beyond social media, catering to boxing fans of all ages and giving readers a deeper insight into the sport through his ringside experiences and event coverage.
But Matt is much more than just a journalist to us. He’s a huge character within the team, always bringing energy to the group chat and always willing to get involved wherever he can. His passion for boxing and storytelling has made him a valuable asset to the brand, and we’re grateful for everything he continues to contribute.
Matt, we’re incredibly proud of the progress you’ve made and the confidence you’ve shown, Thank you for all your hard work and dedication. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you. Who knows, maybe Turki Alalshikh has a Ring Magazine contract waiting for you one day!

Beau Pape
Here we have Beau Pape, Graphics Designer for NEBoxing.
Beau is a respected figure in amateur boxing across the North East, known for her coaching, matchmaking, and the incredible work she does at Kenton ABC alongside her dad, who founded the club. Through years of dedication to the sport, she’s built a fantastic reputation within the boxing community.
Since joining NE Boxing, Beau has taken charge of our digital designs and fighter spotlights, producing some of the best creative work in the region. Her ability to turn fighter photos into professional-level graphics has been a huge asset to the brand. She also works with professional promotions across the North East, so if you’re looking for high-quality design work, be sure to reach out to her page.
Despite only being with us for a few weeks, Beau has fitted right in alongside fellow Kenton ABC coach Lee Peel and has become a valued member of the team. It’s been great to see how much she enjoys creating content for the brand and helping us continue to grow.
Beau hopes to one day coach for England and showcase her digital design work on major platforms such as DAZN. With her talent and passion for the sport, we have no doubt she’ll achieve big things.

Bee
Videography & Media
Bee is one of the newest members of NE Boxing and brings a wealth of experience in videography and photography.
She is the founder of Champions Avenue, a North East–based brand that works across boxing as well as a wide range of other sports and businesses.
Bee is a huge asset to the team, using her creative eye and industry knowledge to help showcase the incredible talent we have here in the region. Her work plays a key role in telling our stories and elevating the profile of NE Boxing.
Beyond her skills behind the camera, Bee is a massive character, warm, approachable, and able to get on with absolutely anyone. We’re excited to see how Bee continues to grow within NE Boxing and how her career progresses as she makes her mark in the sport.

Taylor Jackson AKA Taylor Takes
Here is our very own Taylor Jackson, better known as Taylor Takes Official Photographer for NE Boxing
Long before NE Boxing existed, Taylor was already making a name for herself around the North East through her photography work and SBRG. Since joining the team, she’s become a huge asset, bringing her creativity, professionalism, and eye for detail to every event we cover.
Starting with photography and now diving headfirst into videography, Taylor has big goals for the future. She speaks about her ambition to work with organisations such as the UFC and Cage Warriors in the coming years, and that’s exactly why NE Boxing exists, to provide a platform for talented people like Taylor to showcase their work, build her portfolio, and get the recognition they deserve. Who knows? Maybe one day Dana White will be seeing what Taylor Takes can do.
Beyond the camera, Taylor has become a huge part of the team. She’s taken on a massive role within the group and is always looking out for everyone involved. When disagreements happen or the boys start acting like children, Taylor is usually the one keeping everyone grounded. She has become a great friend to every member of NE Boxing.
Taylor, we’re incredibly proud of the person you are and the person you’re becoming. Your work ethic, loyalty, and passion don’t go unnoticed and we can’t wait to see where your journey takes you, and we’re excited to be part of it.

Christian Graham AKA Young Chris (YC)
Here we have Young Chris, Interviewer and Broadcaster for NEBoxing.
From day one, Chris has been the perfect example of everything we look for in this group. Positive, passionate, respectful, and always willing to get involved. He constantly talks about how much he loves what we do and believes he’s found his purpose through being part of the NEBoxing team.
Chris has been a huge asset to the brand, often going out of his way to create content, represent NEBoxing, and help push the platform forward. Whether it’s appearing on the podcast, getting involved in events, or throwing himself into new opportunities, he’s embraced every challenge and loved every minute of it.
We’re proud of everything Chris has achieved so far and excited to see what comes next.
